Shipping Details: If you select shipping, your custom made chimnea will be shipped on a pallet via freight shipping. Please leave your phone number at checkout so that it can be added to the delivery information.
Pickup & Delivery Details: You can pick up your firepit directly from Lacona, NY! If you would like to pickup, please contact us before purchasing for a promo code to use at checkout for a discounted price. We also offer delivery within a reasonable distance, but please discuss delivery options via email before purchasing.
Common Shipping Questions
“How much will shipping cost?”
Shipping is free for all Domestic orders for orders $35.00 or more. Orders under $35.00 will pay for the shipping method of their choice at checkout. All International orders will pay for the shipping of their choice at checkout.
“When will my order arrive?”
Most custom orders (besides Benches) will be made and ready to ship out between 5-10 days after you place your order. Please let us know if you need something made in a quicker time frame as we always try to accommodate.
Benches and other Custom Steel Furniture have a 4-6 week production time from the time the order is placed to when they ship
